Washing your face daily is a key tip. It is recommended to do this at night, before bed time, so you can enjoy a couple of resting hours with a clean face. Also, by doing this, you are keeping your pillowcases cleaner and you avoid transferring bacteria to your pillow and back.

Using a moisturizer helps retain moisture into your skin which is big plus. It prevents it from evaporating.


Getting the necessary amount of sleep hours is very important. Sleeping is synonym of food for your entire body. While you rest, your body removes dead brain and blood cells so that these can be replaced by new ones and new synapses can occur. Pretty awesome, right?

Keep Your Stuff Clean

Your sheets and pillow cases are not the only objects that are important to keep clean. Let´s take your cell phone as an example.

Choose the right food. There are specific fruits and vegetables which are rich in antioxidants, which are good not only for your skin but for your entire body. They can help restore the damage of free radicals, which cause harm on skin cells. Go for the wide variety of colors the grocery has to offer.

Omega 3 fatty acids are also very helpful on your skin. They help the outer layer strong so that pollutants and external toxins are kept out. You can find these on sardines, salmon, walnuts, and eggs, to name a few examples.
