Apple Cinnamon Detox Water >> Apples are a great source of vitamins & minerals and cinnamon is an antioxidant that balances blood sugar.
Slice two apples and toss them into a pitcher of water. Add a cinnamon stick or a tablespoon of cinnamon powder. Allow it to set in the fridge before drinking. You can leave the ingredients in the pitcher for up to three days and refill the water.
Cucumber Lemon Mint Detox Water >> Lemon juice helps balance blood sugar and regulate PH. It is also rich in Vitamin C. Cucumber is an antioxidant which is high in nutrients and helps cleanse the liver, among other benefits, while mint promotes healthy digestion.
Add 2 thinly-sliced lemons, 1 thinly-sliced cucumber and 10 to 15 mint leaves to a pitcher of water.
Lemon Detox >> Take half a lemon and squeeze its juice into a glass of water. Drink this first thing in the morning. The lemon juice will give your digestive system a nice boost and rehydrate your body.
