Everyone has their advice, their councils, their sure fool-proof way to successfully lose weight.
What I am going to share with you, you may already know, but this literally blew me away - it makes so much sense!
This is a tip shared by weight loss groups to help people lose weight, so unless you have already attended these meetings you might not know what this tip is!

savor every bite take time to chew and taste food
It seems fairly basic, and obvious, but so many of us rush our food, we even eat while on the bus or walking down the street. 
Savor every bite. 
Savoring bites will help us feel fuller sooner and the chewing takes time. The Chinese say that you should stop eating when you are 80% full. I have heard elsewhere that it takes 20 minutes for your stomach to relay your brain that you are full. Therefore stopping when you feel 80% full could mean that you are actually stopping when you are fully full, you are just saving yourself from an extra 20% fat gain.
