Did you know you can make a healthy, milkshake that tastes delicious with just three ingredients, and even comes with vegan possibilities? You definitely need to try this recipe. I loved this recipe at first sight and I really like to enjoy this treat at any time of the day during this hot summer.
2 cups of milk (or almond milk, or coconut milk, or even oat milk is a tasty idea for the vegan option)
5 tbsp maple syrup or honey
3 cups medium-sized strawberry
Wash, cut and prepare the strawberries. Blend all three ingredients until you get a smooth consistency. Pour into your favorite smoothie cup and keep it the fridge until it’s chilled. You can decorate it with extra strawberries on top!
