Keto Cheesy Breakfast Omelet

Day one, meal one
Cheesy Omelet! (who said a keto diet didn’t have to be tasty?)
1.5 oz. butter
3 medium eggs
3.5 oz. cheddar cheese (shredded)
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
Whisk the eggs until it has a frothy texture. Add in half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper for taste.
Melt the butter in a pan. Add in the egg mixture, spreading evenly and leave it to cook for a few minutes on medium heat.
Then reduce the heat and continue to cook until the omelet is almost cooked through. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top, and then fold, and serve.
