Are you looking for something super tasty and fresh to snack on? Here is one of my favorite fruit salad recipes. This salad is the best summertime snack with a huge variety of colorful juicy fresh fruits - this looks as pretty as it is tasty.
This could be a perfect addition for a backyard bbq or any occasion on a summer weekend.
Ingredients:
1 cup of hulled and sliced strawberries
1 cup of fresh raspberries,
1 cup of seedless green grapes
1 cup of diced apples
1 cup of sliced bananas
1 cup of blackberries
Or whatever fruit you like (diced pineapple, peeled and sliced mango, etc. )
Salad dressing:
1/2 cup of yogurt (strawberry or vanilla, whatever you fancy)
1/2 cup of cool whip or any other similar cream mixture that you like.
Method:
To be honest this is the easiest recipe ever. Here you can see three steps below.
1. Take a suitable bowl (medium) and place all the prepared fruits there.
2. Add Yogurt and Cool Whip to the fruit bowl.
3. Refrigerate for 5 min before serving.
