Three ingredients and your delicious mango sorbet is ready.
I can't believe it’s already September. Feels like summer has slipped away really quickly. So I have decided to introduce to you this sweet and amazing sorbet - perfect for cooling down on these last summer-like days.
4 medium mangoes, skin removed, diced
1 tbsp honey (depending on how sweet you want it, you can add more)
½ cup of still water
What you will need:
Cut mangoes into equal cubes and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Cover it with food wrap and place in the freezer until completely solid (which should take at least 3-4 hours, or overnight ).
In a blender, transfer frozen mangoes, water, and honey. Mix it until you get a smooth consistency.
Remove from blender and scoop into an ice-cream container.
Freeze for another 3 hours, or until the consistency is correct.
I really like this recipe especially because I don't need to pull out my ice-cream maker (and therefore clean it after!). Enjoy your easy-prep mango sorbet!
