Is your product going to work for me?

Our products work for approximately 98% of our clients. This means that from 100 customers, 98 are happy with the product and results, and only 2 people are not. What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life of our products is generally 2 or 3 years from the date of manufacture. The expiration date is underneath the bottle. We really hope that you won't take that long to finish your bottle :)

Your ingredient list seems like it is missing something...

The ingredient list is correct. We use a small number of recognizable ingredients because our philosophy is that only ingredients that are actually good for your body should go into the product.

How much time do I need until I start seeing results?

This is a great question and the honest answer is that it's going to depend on your age, gender, weight, height, physical characteristics, diet, exercise program and goals. Some clients start seeing results in the first 2 weeks of using the products and others by the end of the first bottle. We always advise waiting for a minimum of 7 days before seeking noticeable results. A lot of our natural ingredients start to work first with their antioxidant properties, cleansing the body from within.

What can I do if I find out the capsules are too big for me to swallow?

If the capsule size is too big for you and you find it difficult to swallow it try to open the capsule and mix its content (it’s usually powder) with water and drink it.

Do your products have any certificates or do they go through any tests? 

Our products are tested for all heavy metals and adheres to the industry standards and government regulations of acceptable levels of elements in the ingredients. Please be informed that all of our products are designed and made in the USA, in FDA registered facilities, GMP-certified, and each ingredient is natural, non-GMO and made following rigorous quality controls. We always put customers' health first!

The capsule changed its color. Is it okay? Can I keep taking the product?

It is normal for the capsules to slightly change color from time to time, as they are all-natural products. There is what we call in the botanical industry a seasonal color variation. This happens when the product is harvested at different temperatures or times of the season, and it also depends on the amount of moisture and sunlight it gets during that time of the year. Since we only produce natural supplements, that's why you will notice that not all batches look the same. We don't use artificial dye in our products. Also, every time we buy the raw ingredients, we send a sample to a 3rd party lab in order to do ID tests on this component so we can be sure it is what it says it is. Your health and satisfaction are what matters the most to us!

Can I take a few supplements together?

Sure, you can indeed, but we always recommend that you start taking one, and after some time introduce the second and the third one. In this matter, it's always better to rely on personal conditions. We also STRONGLY advise you to check it with your physician. It is important to get professional advice and approval by a healthcare professional.

    Please be advised that the quality and the efficiency of Turmeric ingredient, which has proven to be very beneficial in joint pain relief, is the same in all our Turmeric supplements.
