United StatesFor some unknown reason I started having leg cramps in the middle of the night. Sometimes more than once. I tried different things with no help. I learned magnesium could help. I tried a different brand that were big and hard. Then I decided to try this brand. So glad I did. The capsules are easy to swallow. And since trying these I am happy to report that I no longer have the leg cramps at night. I still take them every night. And don't plan on stopping. I usually only give reviews only on the product and not service. But I did have a problem with an order so I contacted customer service. And the problem I had was with shipping. No problem with the product. But they got me another shipment out very fast and followed up with me afterward. They made me feel like I was their only customer. So I have nothing but good things to say about the supplements or the service I received. I don't think I will shop anywhere else.

Needed a supplement due to affects of chemo and cancer. Mag levels where below normal. Chose this product since I use their multi. Brought my mag levels up to normal quickly.
